GENERAL TERMS
To order, please contact us directly.
In order to be able to offer customers high quality and fast delivery, it is requested that laboratory examinations be booked in good time before the delivery of samples takes place. This is suggested to be done in connection with the booking of resources for sampling in the field.
Desired information is approximate delivery date,
type of attempt and approximate number. Samples are stored for 3 months from the date of arrival at no extra cost, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is responsible for careful sampling, handling, storage and transport of samples until they are handed over to us. Recommendation and checklists for this can be obtained from the Swedish Geotechnical Association's Laboratory Committee or from us.
LabMind reserves the right to use laboratory results for internal development projects and scientific research. In cases where the data is used in published material, it must be anonymized and cannot be traced to either the project, the sampler or the customer.
When handling contaminated samples, a cost of
SEK 1 200/hour is added for special handling and/or cleaning of equipment. Sample material that is environmentally hazardous is sent for destruction at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed. The customer is obliged to report any contamination in advance.
Upon arrival of a newly arrived project, a set-up and administration fee of up to 500 SEK may be added. Cost supplements may be added for highly sensitive samples when ordered analysis requires significantly more time than usual.
For assignments, ABK 09 applies. LabMind AB's total liability for damages is limited to the size of the fee, but no more than 120 price base amounts (ABK 09 chapter 5 § 3).
Payment terms are 30 days net. Late payment interest is charged according to the Interest Act.
Results are delivered by e-mail or via another digital method. Prv files are attached for routine testing results.
